Oren Gerber joined Lazarus Karp Ehrlich McCourt, LLP in 2025 as a Senior Attorney. With nearly two decades of experience practicing landlord–tenant law in the New York City area, he brings clients both dedicated advocacy and deep local expertise. His practice spans the full range of real estate matters, including landlord–tenant disputes, condominium law and governance, real estate transactions, and construction contract disputes.
