Diana Morgan joined Lazarus Karp Ehrlich McCourt, LLP in 2023 as Senior Counsel, bringing her decades of experience litigating in Supreme Court, Civil Court and the New York City Housing Court system. Diana has committed to New York studies and issues even before her professional career. Diana earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies with honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY). She then obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School in 1997.
Since her inception of her professional career, Diana has dedicated herself in becoming an experienced real estate litigator. With over 23 years of experience, Diana is beyond comfortable appearing in New York State Supreme Court, Civil Court and Housing Court on a daily basis. In addition to representing clients in the all of the New York Courts, Diana is well versed in all facets of Administrative Proceedings, including DHCR, ECB, HRC, and DOB, and has provided her counsel and guidance for clients over the years. Diana is a seasoned litigator and mentor within the firm, and considered one of the top trial attorneys in our field. In her free time, Diana enjoys hardscaping and gardening, and is definitely a foodie. She is licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
